We are in-network for California patients with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Evernorth, Magellan Health, Optum, Oscar Health, UMR, United Healthcare.
We are in-network with Aetna Nevada.
For Nevada, New York, Illinois, Texas, and Washington patients, we are currently out-of-network with insurance. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits or would like financing for your treatment, we partner with Reimbursify and Wisetack. Your initial consultation with us includes a comprehensive evaluation first by our Nurse, followed by an assessment by Dr. Bermudes. Following this initial consultation, we will work together to determine a plan of care that is both effective and financially sustainable.
We offer a variety of payment options, including Mastercard/Visa, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and ACH transfers. For your convenience, we require a credit card to be stored securely on file for processing payments.
